KOZZ GROUP Founding Partner Ahmet Kartay graduated from Çeşme Tourism Hotel Management Gastronomy Department in 2000 and gained experience in various positions in many leading businesses of the sector and launched his first coffee shop business in 2010.

Kozz Group is a group of companies that provides solution partners and consultancy to 7 companies, 11 businesses, 50+ companies and trains hundreds of baristas for the sector, wholesale coffee trade, roasting, consultancy and training, coffee e-commerce.

OUR PERSPECTIVE
Kozz Group companies and working principle are the formation of a vision that introduces qualified coffee to Turkey, allows us to feel the aroma of coffee to its fullest point with 3rd generation brewing methods, aims to provide the highest service in the world ranking, does the least harm to the world while doing these, thinks about green and clean water while producing, takes minimalism as an example while consuming, and says that we should be the locomotive of world brands, not the link of chain world brands.
